Realistic

If you unselect "Use Toon Shading", the material will be shaded realistically. You can change the specular color and smoothness.

Toon

If you select "Use Toon Shading", the material will be shaded in a toon style. You can change the number of shadow steps, how smooth the blending between the steps should be and what color the shadow should be.
